Shawn was a beautiful soul. The gift he has left behind for us all is so special, so precious, so beautiful!! In my mind, he is the greatest musician of all times (The fact that he was the best guitarist that ever lived is secondary to that). No one can touch him. He is so far ahead of them all!! He was just too good for this world. He has taught us all to appreciate the goodness in everything and to be true to ourselves. To never compromise. I would never forget his music and I would never forget THE MAN. What a great guy!!!

Hi, I am Shawn's mom Diane. I would really like to hear from you: his friends and fans. You can send me a public or private message or story or pictures. I will try to get back to each and every one of you. I miss Shawn so much; but the condolence letters from around the world helped me greatly to see how much he was loved by all. (Not just me). I am going to do all that I can to keep his memory and music alive. Now he plays with the masters. Sincerely, Diane
